I challenge you to drink at least half of your body weight (in ounces) of water EVERY day this week.

EXAMPLE: If you weigh 150 pounds, you’ll drink 75 ounces of water per day.

5 Tips to get your daily water intake:

  • Get a refillable water bottle and keep it with you at all times.
  • Start the day with a big glass of water
  • Water makes you feel full. Drink it before each meal and you’ll eat less.
  • Flavor with fresh sliced cucumber, strawberries, or lemon to keep things tasty.

    you should do one with soda so people can really see how much soda they drink in a day.
