All too often I run around doing everything for me & everyone else. I find myself in overdrive with responsibilities and obligations; on-the-go from morning until night.

Today I am scheduling quiet time for myself (just FIVE minutes). Here’s a list of potential  activities I’ll chose from:

  • lay in the sunshine
  • write in my journal
  • sit quietly/ meditate
  • read something inspirational (a.k.a. personal development)
  • stretch or foam roll (whatever needs it most)
  • work on my affirmation cards
