All too often I run around doing everything for me & everyone else. I find myself in overdrive with responsibilities and obligations; on-the-go from morning until night.
Today I am scheduling quiet time for myself (just FIVE minutes). Here’s a list of potential activities I’ll chose from:
- lay in the sunshine
- write in my journal
- sit quietly/ meditate
- read something inspirational (a.k.a. personal development)
- stretch or foam roll (whatever needs it most)
- work on my affirmation cards
