Its Treat Tuesday!

I’m always on the look out for creative ways to satisfy my sweet tooth without falling off the wagon. This might be the best snack ever. Good enough to replace your ice cream habit.  You don’t have to live off boiled chicken and broccoli. Hip Hip Hooray!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla (free 21 day fix food)
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Combine Greek yogurt with the nut butter, pure maple syrup, & pure vanilla. Mix until smooth. Top with mini choc chips and enjoy!

* Mix in yellow container and log as 1 serving if you’re following 21 Day Fix. You can replace a yellow container up to 3 times a week with a yummy treat like this. Booyah.
