Today is Day 14 of my 21 Day Fix EXTREME!

You want to know how I’m feeling?

Way more in control of my food and meal prep. It’s a lot of meals, but they’re small and easy to make ahead of time. I’m also seeing my middle get more defined, and I have more energy than I’ve had in a long time! I’m loving it an cannot wait to show you my before/ after pictures in 1 more week.

      Why, thank you! It’s amazing how nutrition coupled with exercise leans me out. I’m loving it!
