Today I’m starting the 21-Day Fix (Extreme) Challenge. That’s 21 days of eating clean as a whistle while maintaining my current level of fitness. Actually, adding more on my current off days (Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday). I’m planning on posting frequently about my wins and fails along the way- and will DEFINITELY post a review once I finish it on August 23rd. I’m scared and excited all rolled up into one big energy ball.
